Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) is one of PESE's top priorities, helping to create a safe and healthy working environment, enhance workforce productivity, and support sustainable development.

By 2030, Vietnam’s total solar power potential is estimated to reach approximately 963,000 MWp (ground-mounted: 837,400 MWp; floating solar: 77,400 MWp; rooftop solar: 48,200 MWp). In parallel, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) are projected to reach a capacity of 10,000–16,300 MW, and could increase to nearly 96,000 MW by 2050, supporting a higher share of renewable energy. Industrial rooftop solar solutions by PESE offer turnkey EPC services with BESS integration, enabling cost optimization and helping businesses in Vietnam meet ESG standards.
