PESE CELEBRATES ITS FIRST ANNIVERSARY

CONNECTING ONE JOURNEY – BUILDING ONE FUTURE

On 30 September 2026, PECC2 Energy Services and Engineering Company Limited (PESE) celebrated its first anniversary, marking one year since the Company officially embarked on a new journey—built on the foundation of expertise and capabilities brought together from the Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Branch (PEME) and the Power Plant Operation & Maintenance Branch (POM).

From the very beginning, PESE has built upon years of accumulated experience, technical expertise, and a strong workforce to progressively strengthen its position in the energy services and engineering sector, while laying a solid foundation for sustainable long-term growth.

Workshop – Sharing Perspectives, Shaping the PESE Culture

The anniversary activities opened with the workshop “From Management to Governance – Building a Culture of Accountability, Transparency and Professionalism at PESE.”

In an open and candid environment, PESE’s Leadership and management team discussed practical challenges in management, operations, and cross-functional collaboration—from ownership and end-to-end accountability, transparent information sharing, and data- and fact-based decision-making, to the role of managers in developing people and strengthening organizational capabilities.

The workshop was more than a series of leadership presentations. It also provided a platform for managers to engage directly, raise questions, and share practical perspectives and experiences from their respective business units, power plants, and projects.

This two-way dialogue created a close and substantive environment where real workplace situations could be viewed from different perspectives while remaining focused on one common objective: building a more accountable, transparent, and professional PESE.

One PESE – One Journey

While the Workshop provided a platform for the PESE team to connect through shared thinking and organizational culture, the PESE First Anniversary Celebration brought together PESE people from across different locations into one shared moment.The program connected PESE’s power plants, projects, and teams across provinces and cities throughout Vietnam, as well as its international operations—particularly in Laos. Despite geographical distances, everyone came together as part of one program to reflect on the milestones of PESE’s first year and look ahead to the journey to come 

Every plant and every project carries its own story and achievements. Behind each of those achievements are PESE people working every day in the field—operating and maintaining power plants, manufacturing products, delivering technical services, solving real-world challenges, and working alongside customers.

These contributions are shaping, day by day, the identity and value of One PESE—united by a common purpose, shared responsibility, and a shared vision for the future.          

From a Strong Foundation to a New Identity

PESE was formed through the convergence of capabilities built and accumulated over many years: experience, technical expertise, people, organizational capabilities, systems, and professional values inherited from PEME and POM.

Building on this foundation, PESE is progressively shaping a new identity—an organization with strong internal capabilities, proven execution strength, integrated solutions, and the ambition to grow.

The integration of Operations & Maintenance (O&M), industrial services, mechanical fabrication, and energy engineering solutions is enabling PESE to progressively connect individual capabilities into an integrated service ecosystem, delivering greater and more comprehensive value to customers.

From projects across Vietnam to its growing presence in Laos, PESE’s expanding footprint is not only creating new opportunities but also providing a platform to further strengthen capabilities, expand into new markets, and progressively establish a stronger position in the energy services and engineering sector.

The completion of PESE’s first year is not an endpoint, but the starting point for a longer journey ahead.
