The establishment of PECC2 Energy Services and Engineering Company Limited (PESE) on September 30, 2025, wholly owned by
PESE was founded through the strategic merger of two core subsidiaries of PECC2:
- Power Plant Operation and Maintenance Branch (POM) – a pioneering unit in O&M and technical operation services for power plants;
- Electro-Mechanical Enterprise (EME) – renowned for its expertise in mechanical fabrication, production, and installation for energy and industrial projects.
This combination creates a synergy of experience, technology, and human resources, positioning PESE as a trusted partner providing integrated technical services, including:
- Operation & Maintenance (O&M) for power plants and energy systems;
- Industrial services such as maintenance, repair, installation, testing, and inspection for energy and industrial facilities;
- Mechanical fabrication & production supporting energy, infrastructure, and industrial projects.
