Marking the first anniversary of the Monsoon 600 MW Wind Power Project’s commercial operation in August 2025, PECC2 Energy Service and Engineering Company (PESE) was honored to receive a Certificate of Appreciation from the project in recognition of PESE’s contributions and continuous support throughout its first year of operation.
The recognition from the project owner reflects PESE’s technical expertise, strong sense of responsibility, and commitment to supporting the safe and reliable operation of energy projects in international markets.
Supporting a Major Wind Power Project in Southeast Asia
With a capacity of 600 MW, the Monsoon Wind Power Project, located across Sekong and Attapeu provinces in Laos, is one of the major onshore wind power projects in Southeast Asia. The project contributes to the development of renewable energy while requiring high levels of technical expertise, coordination, and operational continuity.

Since 2025, PESE has provided operation and maintenance (O&M) services for the project. This represents an important milestone in PESE’s expansion of energy engineering services beyond Vietnam and demonstrates its ability to mobilize qualified technical personnel to meet the operational requirements of international energy projects.
In an operating environment that requires precision, timely response, and close coordination among stakeholders, PESE’s engineers consistently uphold a strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, and compliance with established procedures. These capabilities contribute to supporting the project’s operations and maintaining the stability and reliability of its systems.
Recognition from the Project Owner – A Reflection of Capability and Responsibility
The Certificate of Appreciation recognizes PESE’s contributions and continuous support during the first year of operation of the Monsoon Wind Power Project.
For PESE, this recognition is not only a source of pride for the engineers and specialists directly involved in the project, but also an important motivation to further strengthen technical capabilities, enhance service quality, and build sustainable partnerships with international clients and partners.

In the energy engineering services sector, a company’s capabilities are demonstrated not only through technical expertise, but also through its ability to respond effectively to actual operational requirements, uphold responsibility, and maintain high-quality coordination throughout service delivery. The recognition from the Monsoon project represents a meaningful milestone for PESE as it continues to strengthen its capabilities and expand its presence in international markets.
Advancing International Energy Engineering and O&M Capabilities
Building on its experience at the Monsoon Wind Power Project, PESE continues to focus on developing a highly qualified workforce, standardizing work processes, and strengthening its capability to deliver operation and maintenance (O&M) services for energy facilities.
With safety, quality, professionalism, and efficiency as its foundation, PESE remains committed to working alongside project owners and partners to meet operational requirements, enhance system reliability, and contribute to the sustainable development of the energy sector.
