PESE provides operation and maintenance services; industrial services such as electrical testing - comprehensive inspection of substations and power plants, maintenance and repair (minor, medium, and major overhauls) of power plants, substations, and transmission lines.
The Son My 3.1 solar power plant is one of the solar power plants connected to the Remote Control Center (PECC2-OCC) to improve efficiency and optimize costs in plant operation.
PECC2 Energy Services and Engineering Company Limited (PESE) ensures the plant's operation in accordance with procedures and regulations, complying with the dispatch orders of the National Power System Dispatch Center, ensuring plant efficiency above 83% and availability always above 99%.
Located approximately 12km East of Lagi Town and 17km Southwest of Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province along National Highway 55, the plant features a design capacity of 50MWp with a total investment of 1,149 billion VND. Spanning nearly 60 hectares, it is integrated into the 110kV grid via the Son My 110kV substation, connecting to the Xuyen Moc – Ham Tan 110kV transmission line. The plant has been in commercial operation since June 2019, consistently delivering high performance.
