On March 21, 2025, the Power Plant Operation and Maintenance (POM) branch of PECC2 (prior to its merger with PEME to form PESE) successfully convened its 5th Annual Employee Conference.
The Annual Employee Conference serves as a vital forum to review our 2024 performance, address employee welfare and rights, and establish strategic objectives for 2025. It provides a valuable opportunity for Leadership to listen to and integrate feedback from the workforce, fostering a more professional, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.

Marked by professionalism and unity, the conference achieved great success with the full participation of our leadership, union representatives, and staff. Following a solemn opening, the assembly proceeded with the election of the Credentials Committee, Presidium, and Secretariat. These steps reflect our unwavering commitment to transparency and democratic values in all operational activities
During the conference, Mr. Pham Dai Phu, Director of the Business Development Department, presented a comprehensive review of the 2024 performance and the strategic roadmap for 2025. Key highlights included a strong financial performance with revenue reaching 98.1% of the annual target, alongside the successful acquisition of 14 new projects. Notably, the landmark Houay LaNge Hydropower Project in Laos marks a pivotal milestone in POM’s international expansion, further underscoring the company’s technical excellence in delivering testing, energization, O&M, and repair services for power plants across the country.

Mr. Pham Dai Phu, Head of the Sales Department, presented the 2024 business performance report and outlined the strategic objectives for 2025.
Ms. Ngo Thi Hoa, Chief Accountant, delivered a transparent report on the branch's financial status, including the allocation of reward, welfare, and social insurance funds. The report confirmed that POM remains fully compliant with all health and social insurance obligations, reinforcing its commitment to employee security.

Another key agenda item was the election of delegates for the 17th Company-wide Employee Conference (2025). The nominees were approved with a high consensus rate, serving as a vital step to ensure that the branch's workforce is fully represented in the Company’s collective decision-making.
The Human Resources and Administration Department conducted a periodic confidence vote for management personnel. This transparent and democratic process aims to evaluate leadership trust, fostering a strong management team capable of driving POM’s strategic growth. The voting was carried out with strict objectivity and fairness to uphold organizational integrity.

Mr. Huynh Quoc Bao, Director of Human Resources and Administration Department, reported on the implementation of policies and regulations related to the rights and interests of employees.
In his closing remarks, Mr. Vo Van Binh, the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of PESE, expressed his profound appreciation for the valuable contributions made by employees in 2024, noting that the year's achievements are a testament to their relentless efforts. He reaffirmed Management's commitment to further improving working conditions, enhancing employee well-being, and ensuring that all welfare policies remain fair and transparent. Looking ahead, Mr. Binh called upon the entire workforce to maintain their spirit of solidarity and strive for excellence in their assigned missions. He specifically encouraged a culture of innovation, urging employees to propose technical and management initiatives that will contribute to the unit’s long-term sustainable development.
