POM Holds Executive Appointment Ceremony 2025

HO CHI MINH CITY – July 1, 2025 – PECC2’s Operation and Maintenance Branch (POM) held a formal ceremony at the PECC2 Innovation Hub to announce and present the decisions for key personnel appointments. This event marks a significant milestone in POM’s strategy to strengthen its organizational structure and cultivate high-quality human resources to meet its robust growth demands.

The ceremony was honored by the presence of Mr. Vo Van Binh (General Director of PECC2 & Director of POM), Mr. Huynh Van Quang (Head of HR), and the Board of Directors and department heads of POM.

During the proceedings, the following appointments were officially announced:

• Ms. Ngo Thi Hoa – Appointed as Deputy Director of POM.

• Ms. Duong Thi Ngọc Anh – Appointed as Chief Accountant.

• Mr. Duong Thanh Thang – Appointed as Head of Planning & Procurement.

• Ms. Phan Thi Hong Tham – Appointed as Deputy Head of Finance & Accounting.

Delivering his keynote address, Mr. Vo Van Binh congratulated the new appointees, emphasizing the trust the Board of Directors has placed in this leadership team. He urged the new officers to leverage their expertise, uphold a high sense of responsibility, and foster a spirit of unity and innovation to drive POM toward new heights.
