Phuoc Huu - Duyen Hai 1 Wind Power Plant

Phuoc Huu - Duyen Hai 1 Wind Power Co., Ltd. is the owner and developer of the Phuoc Huu Duyen Hai 1 Wind Power Plant. Located in Phuoc Huu Commune, Ninh Phuoc District, Ninh Thuan Province—approximately 16 km from Phan Rang-Thap Cham City—the project is a key component of the Ninh Thuan Wind Power Development Plan for 2011–2020, with a vision toward 2030.

The project scope includes a wind farm with an installed capacity of 29.7 MW, featuring nine 140-meter-high Envision turbines, each with a capacity of 3.3 MW. Supporting infrastructure includes a 40MVA 22/110kV step-up substation situated on 8.14 hectares of long-term land use. The project has an operational lifespan of 50 years and achieved Commercial Operation Date (COD) on October 30, 2021.

The O&M team from PECC2 Energy Service and Engineering Co., Ltd. (PESE) officially took over operation and maintenance duties on January 1, 2025. PESE ensures continuous and stable plant operations in strict compliance with state regulations and technical procedures. Furthermore, PESE is committed to maintaining an Availability Factor (AF) of over 99%.
