Factory Trial Assembly is the process of pre-assembling fabricated steel components within the manufacturing facility to verify that every connection fits precisely before shipment to the construction site. This process enables customers to validate product quality during the fabrication stage while significantly reducing the likelihood of costly modifications during installation.

During the Factory Trial Assembly process, customers, consultants, and project representatives are invited to witness the inspection and acceptance process directly at the factory.

Inspection activities include:

• Verification of overall dimensional accuracy.
