This was the challenge successfully undertaken by the PESE team during the 2026 scheduled maintenance campaign at the BIM Solar Power Plant Cluster (BIM1, BIM2, and BIM3) and the Quan The 220kV Switching Station.
With thorough preparation, effective resource coordination, and professional operation and maintenance (O&M) procedures, the entire scope of work was completed on schedule and with absolute safety, contributing to enhanced system reliability and ensuring the plants’ operational readiness.
Maintenance Scope Covering a 405 MWp Solar Power System
The maintenance campaign was carried out across the entire solar power plant cluster managed by PESE, with a total installed capacity of 405 MWp, while also covering the Quan The 220kV Switching Station—a critical grid connection point for transmitting power generated by solar and wind power plants to the national power system.
Given the large scale of the maintenance scope and the limited outage window, every activity was planned in detail, with risks assessed and the required manpower, materials, and technical solutions fully prepared. Close coordination with the Owner, Power System Dispatch Center, and relevant stakeholders was also maintained to optimize the execution schedule.
Simultaneous Execution of Multiple Technical Maintenance Activities

All activities were performed in accordance with established technical procedures and in strict compliance with electrical safety and occupational health and safety requirements. Each work item was inspected, tested, accepted, and verified before the system proceeded to the next stage.
Completed on Schedule – Enhancing Operational Reliability
Following the completion of inspections, testing, and acceptance procedures, the entire system was successfully energized, returned to stable operation, and made ready to meet the power dispatch requirements of the national power system.
The maintenance campaign not only helped maintain the equipment in optimal technical condition but also supported the early detection of potential risks, minimized unplanned outages, and enhanced the overall reliability of the solar power system.
