In response to the "Creative & Skilled Labor" movement launched by the Vietnam Electricity Trade Union, the engineers and staff at PECC2 have consistently demonstrated resilience, innovation, and a deep sense of responsibility. In 2025, PECC2 is proud to announce that two of our exceptional individuals have been named among the 117 Outstanding Workers of the Vietnam Power Sector.
We celebrate Mr. Tran Nhat Huy (Technical Department, PECC2OM) and Mr. Le Cong Dat (Survey & Construction Branch, PSC) for their dedication to the industry.

Engineer Tran Nhat Huy: From Passion to Impact
A key pillar of the technical and maintenance team at PECC2OM, Mr. Tran Nhat Huy is recognized for his high level of expertise and proactive approach to system optimization.
Innovation in Action: He is the co-author of the "Biomass Power Plant Operation Simulation System," an initiative officially recognized by Vietnam Electricity (EVN). He also contributes to the AI research group focused on wind power forecasting at the Tan Thuan Wind Power Plant.
Knowledge Transfer: Mr. Huy spearheaded the development of the Operation Simulator, training over 70 personnel and sharing invaluable practical experience with the next generation of engineers.
Expert Contributions: He plays a vital role in technical assessments, troubleshooting, and system improvements. His expertise is also utilized on Technical Assessment Boards for major projects like the Duyen Hai 2 Thermal Power Plant and Hau Giang Biomass Plant.
Beyond his technical prowess, Mr. Huy is an exemplary Party member, active in social welfare, and a champion of a positive, humane workplace culture.

Engineer Le Cong Dat: Excellence in the Field.
Representing the Survey & Construction Branch (PSC), Mr. Le Cong Dat is a young engineer defined by precision and a "can-do" attitude, even in the most challenging terrains and harsh weather conditions.

Beyond his technical role, Mr. Dat is an active contributor to cadastral mapping and surveying. Throughout his work, he maintains close collaboration with his colleagues, always ready to share his expertise and provide field support for any challenges that arise. His proactive approach fosters a unified and professional working environment.
More than just excelling in his core duties, he takes the initiative to mentor new survey staff. He guides them through every stage of the cadastral process—from preparation and data collection to dossier compilation—ensuring total accuracy and regulatory compliance. His quiet yet persistent dedication has significantly elevated the technical capacity of the team, enhancing the efficiency and quality of projects, particularly those with the most rigorous deadlines and precision requirements.
The recognition of these two engineers is not only a personal achievement but a testament to the PECC2 culture of "Skilled & Creative Labor." Their stories of dedication and innovation inspire the entire workforce and strengthen PECC2’s reputation as a leader in the energy sector.
